As per your thinking, i agree.
If you take an example of few recent days, KSA did nothing as Terry Jones(May ALLAH burn his sole in hell) burnt some genuine pieces Holy Koran just because he was an stupid American. A small country like Libya showed His response against this cowardly step but KSA did nothing. They just made strict rules and regulations in their own LAW according to Islam but they follow only few of them,they did nothing against U.S and probably they won't take any action in future as well.
