Seriously,this is the thing which keeps bothering me.Why are we associating immorality with a specific time?A person who will use these packages before midnight will be considered saint but right after midnight the same guy/girl will turn into a horrible immoral devil.What sort of logic is this?
It is just a lame approach of government and an excuse to hide its inefficiency.Instead of fixing this up they have found an easy solution to ban everything for the sake of "cultural preservation" and our "security".

Going by the logic that it is creating moral and health issues,government's next step should be to ban cell phones,landlines,tv,cable,internet as they are also creating such issues.Then someday they can ban cars and other transport because people are becoming lethargic.Why can't they just walk and remain healthy?And if this continues,very soon you will see a team visiting our houses on regular basis to forbid us from using too much oil,butter and junk food in order to stay healthy.
If banning and eliminating is the only solution left for our nation then why can't we just throw all the poor people into Arabian sea to get rid of poverty once and for all?

In the light of above statement,do you still think banning these packages will eradicate this problem?They will find numerous other ways of contacting.It is just another attempt to give mental torture to the nation and to those people who are genuinely needy.
It is not government's duty to keep an eye on one's private conversation.Instead of closing eyes and shunning all technological advancements,there is a need to identify the root causes of all such problems,whether social,religious or moral,and strategies to eliminate them.

Exactly,no society is perfect.A government can place traffic signals and warnings but cannot stop someone from traveling.They can tell you to obey speed limit and has authority to punish you for disobeying it but cannot pull out engine or whatever of your car so that you don't cross the maximum speed limit.There is always a thin line between implementing and forcing things.

Yes,if someone wants to commit suicide in his room by exploding himself then we can say it was his personal choice but suicide attacks are affecting general masses regardless of gender,creed and religion.It does not remain a personal choice in this case.You cannot just compare it with a call package which can also be called a personal method of suicide.
