1.This DEBATE isn't about labeling anybody as Saint or Satan.
2. That incentive/facility should be taken back which has more demerits than merits.
3. LOGIC is to put an effort to protect teenagers and prevent them spending wee hours on the phone in 'Adult Chat'.
4. Time has crucial role to play in these night packages, if all guys(who are in favor) have to share just information or talk to family and friends then Time shouldn't be their CONCERN for they would get same rates again from 9 to 12 pm.

Emotional thought..I always prefer realism over emotionalism. However this step isn't going to hit or affect adversely as you have exaggerated above.
