(Submit Rs.285/- in National Bank of Pakistan and get a Challan Number)

(If you are new user then make an account online)

Now you are ready to Apply for a Post
6:
Now submit these documents to Commission at the earliest before test/interview for the post applied.

If you are a government servant then attach Departmental Permission Certificate also.
Note: If you want to apply online then you have to download the challan , submit 300 in one of the below mentioned bank and then apply online, which is the most formal and best approach.
Second Method:
Go to any one of these bank and get the form by paying Rs. 300 fee.
Note: Remember that you have to attach a separate sheet mentioning the 600 marks optional subjects.
