It is my recommendation to you not to join BOP if you're already doing a good job. As here, you will learn a lot but a sheer determination is needed because of being low-paying bank. Ultimately you will end up joining another institute with bettery pay and promotion incentives. These things count in longer run. Few of my friends have joined BOP as MTOs and they are highly disappointed by their salary structure and many are leaving the organization. So you need a bigger heart to digest every feeling out there while joining as OG III. I am not discouraging you but it better to review decision before entering the organization and thinking how to pay the bond....
