@kashi1988.. the institute is near the fly over of fortress (mian mir bridge).. other landmarks close to it are Faysal Bank Upper mall, Beacon house pre-school and LACAS Upper mall.. if you are from out of city they will arrange the room for you within the institute.. Those who are staying in the institute hostel will be given meal three times a day. All the trainees will be given tea two times a day and one time lunch around 1pm.



I have attached a pic of the location and just as "meerhet" said it is not mandatory to go to the branch in lahore.. you can give the name of the branch of your own locality.

bop main branch se ktni door hai b/c i m going to lahore second time & does not know where is institute & place.

6 month ki training k baad jb hmari kisi branch mai posting ho ge to apni marzi se hm jis marzi bank mai ja sakte hai jesey mai islamabad rehta hn mai 4 month ki training r uss k baad ki job mai apni marzi k bank mai ja sakta hn islamabad etc?

rehne ka jo room ho ga uss ki payment hm de ge kia mai out of city hn ga?

Ap ko kuch idea hai k hmein konsi field ka kaam karae ge keun k bop ki site pe bht si field hai r bank ki training & job kis field pe karae ge r hm choose kare ge field ya bank wale hmein btae ge

thanks sara ap ka r pehle hm agreement dekh le phir decide karo ga r mere uncle manager hai NBP mai islamabad mai un se bhi advice le k decision le ge

jdhr mai kr raha hn woh ek press hai r sirf experience le raha hn r salary thori hai

Yeah sure. Take all suggestions. Because they mention wrong salary to you and on agreement they only show you stipend and will tell you a handsome salary which they will not pay. Because A TO is being paid 15000/- during training as stipend and 18000/- after training as probation officer Grade III. MCB has also announced GRADE III TBO, if you like banking career and want to join in Grade III then i would suggest you to join as TBO in MCB which is much better than TO in BOP because MCB is a big bank with huge opportunities to excel and its providing 25000/- salary......

Already i have applied for TBO in MCB & UBL but they dont call for test & other. I am disappoint. I have applied for many posts but did not call it

Then no harm in joining BOP. good things here;

You shall learn a lot. Because they take a lot of work from every newcomer when you join them after training and even during training.
Your job will be secured howver promotion is relatively slower than MTOs.
Take an example a 1991 TO OG III became AVP in 2010 after 19 years of service....
