it has been observed in the forum that some of its members have a stammering problem & they asked the questions about it that whether they are eligible for CSS or not but as such no satisfactory answers were given to them. Are such candidates fall into disabled category ?

dear be clear about one thing.... stammering is not at all a disease or disability but on the other hand stammering does indicate a serious flaw in the both emotional and psychological upbringing of a human being... please don't be discouraged by it, i am just being blunt so as to clarify your doubts.... people with stammering do get inducted in civil service but as you can understand they score very very less marks in interview
