Default Answers about stammering needed

Asslam o Allikum dear Members
it has been observed in the forum that some of its members have a stammering problem & they asked the questions about it that whether they are eligible for CSS or not but as such no satisfactory answers were given to them. All members of this forum including CSPs are requested to answer them and resolve their redress. specially CSPs are requested to reply that have they seen such candidates having stammering problem in group discussion and in command task ?
Are such candidates fall into disabled category ?

Please collect information about this issue from your sources and help our brothers having such problem.
Regards

but in my opinion it is ineligibility. because in rules it is mentioned that it would be noted that candidate's Speech is without impediment.
i am not discouraging any one. i am only explaining what i understood after reading rules

but still it depends on the intensity of stammering, if he/she is 75% ok, then it will not be a big problem.

now those who passed written and are participating in psychological are humbly requested to clear the ambiguity
is their any fellow suffering from such problem?
Did he apply as normal candidate?
or the situation is completely otherwise (a person with such problem is not eligible)

its not a big problem. I have seen people with speech problems in the civil services and in the passed candidates as well. One thing is for sure that this does not make one ineligible subject to the severity of the problem....

dear be clear about one thing.... stammering is not at all a disease or disability but on the other hand stammering does indicate a serious flaw in the both emotional and psychological upbringing of a human being... please don't be discouraged by it, i am just being blunt so as to clarify your doubts.... people with stammering do get inducted in civil service but as you can understand they score very very less marks in interview

A stammerer, stammers more when a question-master ask a question and the stammer tries to give answer in a specific time. It pressurizes the stammerer and results in severity. Would the Interview panel of FPSC allow the stammerer to take time that he wants?
