Usman Khalid bhai has aptly answered the queries..There can be many factors other than marks like Number of seats in a quota region, number of candidates qualified from that region, their preferences etc, overall scoring trend...securing allocation in a particular group is a relative thing that depends on relatively to aforementioned factors but if you want to know it in absolute terms then let me make a rule of thumb here;

Secure 720+200 Marks and get the allocation of your choice, no matter which region you belong to...That's it...

P.S..You can get the allocation if your marks are below the said standard depending on these contingency factors..
