Sir, You can not judge about the exact income of doctors -who work in different organiztaions- just by asking your cousins and peers.For some institution pay more while others pay less.In punjab ,pay of fresh p.g. Trainee is 42500 rupees and that of nely appointed m.o is about 47000.But in skmch, pay is definitely more than its govt. counterparts as the duty timing in skmch is about 12 hours contrary to 6 hours in govt. ones(excluding some er duties).So you should debate over the questions about which you have sufficient knowledge because then it may bear fruits.Please don't be offended .
