Bro can you share some good univs for M.S. Chemical Engineering (English medium) in China. Do you think with 65 (Engr, Punjab) and 261 in merit I stand any chance? How long is the duration of engineering masters and is it possible to cut the time in short? Your detailed answers are highly requested.

Does the position take into account provincial quota or do they quote on overall basis? The same guy told me that I'm at 261. Whats your friend's subject?
