-->New provinces, if ever carved out, should be created on administrative and NOT ethnic grounds. Formation of seraiki sooba, Hazara sooba etc can furthur aggravate the ethnic divide in the same way as the new name Khyber Pakhtunkha has caused resentment among the non-pashtun residents of the province.

-->The existing provinces, most of the time, keep complaining about lack of funds. If new provinces are created, the same budget would have to be divided among more than four provinces and that would furthur decrease each province's share, causing more economic woes.

-->More provinces mean more assemblies, more members and more ministers. We are all aware of how much public money is spent on a single minister. More the ministers, more the financial burden on the state.
