@ by the people: they are after all elected by the people
as far as the creatures' ,from the judiciary, executive and legislature, becoming 'people' is concerned they can become people in their public capacity not in official capacity...
if you are an officer you can cast your vote @ of your native constituency, and not in the official organization in which you r woking,to make your local contester a representative of you and your people, on the other hand if you want to be elected member by the people , first you ought to do away with your prevailing official designation(chief justice, general, federal secy etc.), and then go to the masses for becoming something like chosen by the people.....
this is my rhetoric of true democracy .....if you have more unequivocal points to elaborate , you are most welcome
