Dear, I think k agar NTS ye poch sakti hai k Minar-e-Pakistan kahan hai, to definately unhon ka answer 3 hoga. Leken Ridaf ka matlab sahi hai k

Simply, agar ap flag k wheel ko add karaty ho to 4 colors hain. Otherwise, 3 colors hain. Leken, NTS is not going to go to hair-spilitting detail at this level. Hence, answer should be
