Well for NTS products like GAT,NAT etc they should charge fee, but I agree with jafferbhutto that organizations shall pay NTS rather than the candidates especially public sector organizations like SBP,SPD's,WASA etc

Candidates shall only bear the postage expenses and tet expenses shall be borne by public sector organizations which have their budgets from our taxes
