Well commenting on Brother Aijaaz's comments, I think it is the initial adjustment that one has to make in the beginning of any career, before one can benefit fully from it, and CSS is no exception.

As far as the corruption goes, agreeing that it is everywhere in our society, but u know we are still standing firm on our feets even after 58 yrs, thanks to the honest people who are working for this country, without worrying to be rewarded. May Allah reward them all, and make us like them as well.
