Dear if what you are saying is true, then why FPSC advertised jobs are categorized as being "permanent", "temporary", and "temporary but likely to continue". Just go through previous ads of FPSC and you will find lots of jobs being tagged with above mentioned categories. There is something that restricts the FPSC higher ups to declare these jobs as being permanent it seems
