What is meant by the term "Temporary but likely to Continue"
It seems the job is not on permanent basis, can anyone guide us in detail about the "likely to continue" part of the advertisement?

No dear, its regular job. When the tag likely to continue is given its means this is a regular job... One thing always remember that the FPSC will never ever accept the requisation from all departments to recruit the contract, Adhoc, Temporary posts.

Dear regret to say that you are not eligible for RO,PO, SO posts, because these posts are only for Economics Masters degree holders. But dont worry soon FPSC will announce the AD National Savings jobs, if you are first class master degree holder then no experience required if not then 2 years experience needed in banking sector... and keep watching every month's 1st week of sunday news papers or FPSC website. certainly you will find your match job.

Permanent and Temporary
Dear if what you are saying is true, then why FPSC advertised jobs are categorized as being "permanent", "temporary", and "temporary but likely to continue". Just go through previous ads of FPSC and you will find lots of jobs being tagged with above mentioned categories. There is something that restricts the FPSC higher ups to declare these jobs as being permanent it seems.
