2. difference between developing and developed countries:
a.the only difference is number and functionality of schools for all

3. factors that make the difference
a. colonial history
b. economic instability
c. low budget for education

4.state of schools and colleges for males and females in pakistan:
a.deplorable conditions
b.inadequate infrastructure
c.dysfunctional schools
d.term ghost schools
e.difference between rural and urban

furthermore, i wrote 5 causes 5 effects and 5 remedials in support of statement

conclusion:
undoubtedly,21st century has witnessed the importance of schools and colleges for all.these are the only barriers of change....

as some friends of mine had taken this as co education and like that...

Well looking at the outline it appears to be irrelevant to the topic as far as my limited knowledge is concerned......To me its more like the low value attached to women education rather general education as depicted in your outline.......But other forum members have taken it as the co-education which also seems to be the interpretation of this topic.....I am also not sure which is the best interpretation... Anyways I hope and wish, you get through it...... best of luck.......

@ Sadia, My first understanding was same as that of yours, but this topic has been taken from a website which clearly emphasize purely on co-education, so do you still think that the topic has same interpretation?.... Moreover, Can it also imply as low value attached to women education?....
