Bro I am also not totaly agree with You because if the Banks prefer the experienced candidates then they have to mention it in the advertisement, but usually in the advertisement they mention "fresh graduates" required not the experiencd. Experinced may be preferred only in contract or deposit base jobs. Mr. Ali Ashiq Ch is one of my best friends and also my MBA class fellow. He got selected in almost every interview he appeard for Banks without any experience. So have faith in ALLAH and hope for the best
