If you received a call to collect employment form, and the caller told you that your test is clear, means you have been called for MTO position.
If you received call to collect employment form, and the caller told you, that your test was
not cleared but was very good and we are considering you for job means they are calling you for normal OG-2 position.
If you still have any ambiguity you may ask the person from whom you shall collect employment form, for which position they are considering you.
MTO's are given training across all departments, so they can be placed at back office and at branches too, its at the discretion of the bank.
