If you received a call to collect employment form, and the caller told you that your test is clear, means you have been called for MTO position.

If you received call to collect employment form, and the caller told you, that your test was not cleared but was very good and we are considering you for job means they are calling you for normal OG-2 position.

If you still have any ambiguity you may ask the person from whom you shall collect employment form, for which position they are considering you.

MTO's are given training across all departments, so they can be placed at back office and at branches too, its at the discretion of the bank.

Yes correct brother. it means BAHL grade bara or salary og3 ki.. he na?

It seems so, Yes. I have been called for regular OG-2 interview . I dont know if they offer this standard OG-2 salary or it would be any different here in Karachi. Will confirm it after my interview, but definitely there is difference between regular og-2 and mto og-2 , the designation is same, but salary is expected to be lower.

I was called and told to collect the employment letter means I have passed the test right? because agar mai test pass nahi krta to mjhe b wo yei kehte k apka test clear nahi hua but acha zarur hua hai?? guys pls reply me? k mjhe MTO k liye call kiya gaya hai na?

Today i received call for interview. The person told me to visit Lahore regional office at 2:30 pm for interview. Has anyone else from Lahore received call for interview?

yes i also received the call and i ask the person on call whether it will be a panel interview or one-to-one?? He said its not the final interview. . .it means tomorrow's interview would be more of a personality test nothing much
