Land revenue and few people are evading taxes plus the real ownership of the cultivated land is different from original.Now how to deal with the situation.

Suggestions:


a) Incentives to tax payers

b) Data be computerized

c) NADRA should be involved

d) Tax card bearing reward points just like credit cards be issued, people will be motivated to pay tax

e) Health facilities be given at less cost to those who pay taxes. This can be accessed through computerized NTN cards

f) Process of filling returns be made easy and accessible

g) Team be formed to catch those who are not paying tax

h) Revising our policies regarding tax collecton

i) CNIC should bear tax detail. Once you are registered with NADRA you also be registered with FBR

j) Merit based hiring in FBR to demote corruption


Cases of abduction of girls were reported in posh area of Karachi. Interior ministry has to take action.So what measures may be taken to deal with the abduction and rehabilitation of the girls after recovery.

Suggestions:


a) Investigation team be made to look into the matter and find out reasons and present report

b) Proper patrolling of the areas be ensured

c) Media be involved

d) Team of psychiatrists and doctors be made to check the health of girls after recovery

e) Strict action be taken against the culprits


Chief secretary foreign office to deal with a campaign in the press having bad intentions to defame the Role of ECO, and was to deal it with the help of PRO officers.

Suggestions:


a) Committee be formed including the members of PTA

b) Meeting with journalists union's representative to inform him of the situation

c) Committee of reporters, writers and journalists to find out counter-narrative of articles and publish them to give positive views and role of ECO

d) Legal notices be issues to press owners

e) Licences of violators be cancelled

f) Sources of information should necessarily be mentioned


As a Senior official of the Foreign Office devise a strategy to ensure Pak's strategic interest are safeguarded in the wake of India China's growing trade and military cooperation.

Suggestions:

a)To apprise China of Pak's concerns since China is a friendly country.

b) To initiate joint projects between China,India and Pakistan so that Pakistan can avoid isolation in the territory.

c) Pragmatic approach like that of India be adopted where it is using trade to forge good relations with China despite their previously frosty relations and border issues.

d) Improvement in Pak-India ties.

How to rehabilitate 60,000 flood effected people.

Suggestions:


a) Police should be made ready 24 hours and it should announce various measures through mobiles for the safeguard of afflicted people

b) Government and private sector should be contacted to seek help

c) Affected people should immediately be shifted to safe place and provided with food and shelter

d) Homeless should be kept under the supervision of NGO unless their houses are rebuilt

e) Launch a campaign to create awareness among the people how to cope with such situation and they should be made aware of possibilities of such disasters

f) To provide medical assistance; all the hospital staff and doctors should be ordered to be available 24 hours

g) Emergency should be declared in government hospitals

h) Sufficient supply of life saving drugs be made available

i) A campaign on sound footings should be launched for the rehabilitation of people

j) NDMA be involved to estimate the loss

k) Tent villages be established to provide them shelter

l) Special budget be allocated for their rehabilitation

m) Warning system be improved to warn people prior to any environmental danger


Being University's VC make a proposal to increase fees of the students to meet the expenses.How to tackle this situation?

Suggestions:

a) Fees be increased gradually

b) Committee to conduct meetings with parents and inform them about the increase

c) Poor students be exempted

d) Unnecessary expenses be reduced


An oil well near a village was burst out. some people were injured. police came there to rescue. it is danger of explosion. the oil was gushing out of the well. people are panic due to the gas. it is also a danger that the oil may pollute the water of another village.what would u do being an administrator to cope with that emergency.

Suggestions:


a) Precautionary measures be taken

b) Area be evacuated and people be shifted to safer places

c) Announcements be made through mosques that people should not go near to oil well

d) Oil be ventilated so that it does not pollute water

e) People should be stopped to use polluted water and provided with fresh drinking water
