Some terrorists have made hostage our 4 army men as a hostage and they want our American policy to be changed:

Suggestions:

a) First priority should be to save innocent lives

b) Negotiate with the terrorists

c) Analyse their weakness and your strong points

d) Prolong negotiations as long as you can in order to rattle them

e) Make rescue plan

f) Critically analyse all options how successful a rapid commando action could be. However don't risk more human lives if situation seems desperate

g) Always establish good rapport with the media, establish your media ground and show the cruelty of kidnappers

h) Try to boost the morale of kidnapped, they should know that the govt is behind them

i) Try to put sanity into the minds of kidnappers if they succumb and put forward some logical demands then forward the outcome of the negotiations to a higher authority

j) Remain calm and patient throughout the whole exercise. Shoe you have nerves of steel

Solution/Suggestions:

c) The awareness program must identify the problems as well as give solutions e.g. proper dumping of waste

d) Issue well-researched policy papers for high-ups

e) Raise awareness through print and electronic media. EPA officials should write in papers and participate in discussion programs to point out problems and propose solutions.
More Suggestions:

-Posters containing instructions of protection of environment be installed

-Documentaries about the importance of endangered wildlife and their protection be run on TV

-Campaign for planting tree be run

-Legislation be made and cutting of forests and trees be prohibited and violators be strictly dealt with.
