It would be a dream Pakistan if all wrong-doers are brought to book. But it can not be an argument to save Musharaf form his fate. If a siiting PM can be hanged, other cab be convicted, then why can't an ex-army chief be jailed for his crimes?
Very well said. The issue of selective persecution is grave, yet it's still better than not persecuting anyone. Every guilty party must be brought to justice. However, the argument that Musharraf must not be persecuted because other politicians are being persecuted either doesn't hold enough water in my opinion. The reason behind my belief is very simple - two wrongs do not make a right.
