If the existing guys are happy working under current conditions then they should be because many aren't that much qualified so their demands are on the lower side and that explains the high retention of employees at tcs. People might join you but you'll only be able to retain them as long as the are unable to find a better salary package. And yes they will definitely be thankful for your learning environment but this enthusiasm can't continue long enough unless you are paying industry competitive salaries.Where should we see our selves in next 5 years with 5K semiannual increments.
