They work 6 days a week. They also said that late sitting is common and it's difficult to maintain work life balance.

The program will start from 21st August and we have to tell them our final decision by 25th July. I haven't made the final decision but most probably I won't join.

20K first 6 months. Then an additional 5K in next 6. Then addition of 10K in next year. Plus 6 working days (could be Sundays as well) with regular late sittings. Are you serious TCS? Its like giving the dogs a bone after every 6 months and make him work like a dog for sure. There's no issue working as one but you gotta reward us respectively. If the existing guys are happy working under current conditions then they should be because many aren't that much qualified so their demands are on the lower side and that explains the high retention of employees at tcs. People might join you but you'll only be able to retain them as long as the are unable to find a better salary package. And yes they will definitely be thankful for your learning environment but this enthusiasm can't continue long enough unless you are paying industry competitive salaries.Where should we see our selves in next 5 years with 5K semiannual increments. Now I know many of you would defend it by saying that DUDE MTO IS A BIG THING AND ALL so please don't bother saying it.

MTO is a big thing, if its offered by MNCs like Nestle, Unilever, DHL & GSK. I wish i hadn't left Haleeb. The only attraction i have in TCS's MTO Program is Learning and a decent Career in Logistic & Courier Industry.
