dear brother jawad akbar! if u had been referred to services lahore, tou yaad rakhain k services ka sample collection daily hta hai lakin standing board which is authorised to give final approval for gazzeted officers only issues letters on Wednesday so please don't be late go to the services hospital at your earliest and give your samples before this Wednesday, otherwise if you ll be late they ll give u dates after dates.
if u r from some other division meet there to some deputy MS or MS if u get a chance and tell him that this matter is serious they ll help u for sure other wise ahem ahem can also make the mare go

and aap ne special branch wala letter 3 din mein fill kar k office mein jama karana hai its not about medical letter because medical process of all the candidates would take a month at least uus k baad aik maheena mazeed lagay ga and uus k bad joining ho ge janab.
