brother abbas,
i collected the the letter from there by hand on day before yesterday (Tuesday) around 11 am some collected their letters even on Monday as well. i think delay is on the postal department's part due to lessening of duty hours due to Ramadan, you please check with your post office.

does anybody know special branch wala letter kis address pe send karna hai Section officer ko?

@farooq, bro today i contacted to the hospital they say u will have to present yourself before the board which will give you time on 6th of august, and meanwhile aap apne tests karwa len. where as it is written on special branch letter that it may be submitted back with in three days positively.
to medical letters ham bad mein b submit karwa sakte hain, but we are required to submit S.branch letter with in three days.
