Well, the responsibility of such deteriorating situation lies to us. We are the people who elect them in assemblies. What I understand is that unless the common man of our nation is not going to understand the
worth of one's vote, nothing is going to change. For doing so we need to impart
education in the very first stage. We need to come out of clutches of provincialism, ethnicity, sectarianism, leader of particular party all these 4 factors constitute the reason of the 95% of voters in our nation. Unfortunately no one looks at the character & struggle for social uplift of society of the person being voted for, which should be the sole cause of voting for someone.
