اے چاند یہاں نہ نکلا کر

بے نام سے سپنے دیکھا کر

یہاں اُلٹی گنگا بہتی ہے

اس دیس میں اندھے حاکم ہیں

نہ ڈرتے ہیں نہ نادم ہیں

نہ لوگوں کے وہ خادم ہیں

ہے یہاں پہ کاروبار بہت

اس دیس میں گردے بکتے ہیں

کچھ لوگ ہیں عالی شان بہت

اور کچھ کا مقصد روٹی ہے

وہ کہتے ہیں سب اچھا ہے

مغرب کا راج ہی سچا ہے

یہ دیس ہے اندھے لوگوں کا

اے چاند یہاں نہ نکلا کر

Thomas Mann rightly said, "In our time the destiny of man presents its meanings in political terms' But what about the country and the poor masses living in it where the politicians and government representatives are so indifferent from the public and its problems that it is no matter for them whether they have mere one time food or not..
What Jalib Sahib says above is, i think, 100 % correct out 100 that "اس دیس میں اندھے حاکم ہیں
نہ ڈرتے ہیں نہ نادم ہیں
نہ لوگوں کے وہ خادم ہیں

Yesterday, I was watching "Undercover" program which is broadcast either on "express or Sama Tv"... (not sure), that was about " Fahashi and Fahashi ke Ade". Believe me tears came out of my eyes when a 12 year old girl was caught being involved in this hateful jism faroshi dhandha....The girl when asked why she was doing so, revealed, "Her own Mother insists on her doing it so as to meet the household expenses, to provide " Roti-Kapra-Makan".... Allah U Akbar... They exposed many a girl/woman, but everyone's reply was that the compulsion of "Roti-kapra-food" forced them into this hateful ugly business..

Where are these so-called politicians who move heaven and earth and make affective and emotional speeches & claims to be the sole well wishers of poor masses? Are really unaware of all that is going on in our country? Don't they know " Roti ke aek niwale k liye Ghareeb Larkiyan aur aurten apni izat tak neelam karne ko tayar hai??

In fact, we ourselves are more responsible for it than those 'nam-nihad' polititicians that we tend to get fooled time and again by bringing them to "Aewan-E-Iqtadar" by our vote.... khud ye sahib Aesh-o-Ayashiyon men masroof rehte hen, Shabab kabab inke paas, sharab aur naach ke mahafilon men ye..

I always think ke ye Sisasi khilari itne dawe karte hain, itni baten karte hain, k hum gharibon ke humdard hain, ager hum ko moka mila hakumat men aane ka to ye karenge, wo karenge, blah, blah, blah!!!!!!! Kiya inko khud ko sharam nahi aati jab ye aesi baten karte hain? Kiya inka Zameer itna mar gaya hai. Inka mqasad sirf iqtadar men aana aur daulat hi hota hai, na ke ghareeb ki khidmat karna.

Herat ki baat hai k Mullan, Maulvi, Peer, Murshid, Wadera, Sardar, Zamindar, Ameer, etc etc etc sub ke sub aek bhookhe kutte se bhi ziada bhookhe hain iqtadar ke. Kabhi koi amendment kar rahe hain constitution men, kabhi koi! Kabhi koi masala utha rahe hain kabhi koi, kabhi election campaign men apne intakhabi nishan ko Quran keh dete hen, aur kabhi ouper khuda aur nedche khud ko hi gharibon ka yar-O-madadgar kehteh hen, mager awam jo janwaro se bhi badtar zindagi guzar rahi hai, unke baare men koi baat, aur uno is miserable zindagi se nikale ke liye koi step na lenge...

On its contrary, if we look at the western countries, even at our neighbor India, their condition is much more better than ours.... There, law and rule of law is respected and fully observed. Even, Bangladesh which once was our part as East Pakistan, has superseded us in every walk of life.

Zara Batayee Janab jo mene insulting language likhee hue hai in hazrat ke liye, usko zara highlight karden,please ???

Dear, i haven't written anything insulting and abusive against the above elements, nor have I attacked or pointed my finger at any individual in particular, as you made a mountain out of a molehill, and directly as well as roughly attacked me...

Whatever I have written above has gone before my eyes, not only me but also all of you know that it is a truth---- a bitter truth.. I can quote scores of instances... Mere Apne Shahar men aese "Maulvi-peer-murshid" hain jinko ager "chor-lutere-aur Kasai" kaha jaye to koi ghalat baat na hogi.. please keep it in mind that i didnt start this thread from the religious point of view, neither is it about religion.. It is all about political aspects, governance and poor masses. So, Main ne un peer murshid aur maulvion ki jin ki ap baat kar rahe hain, un per kata'e tanqeed nai ki..

Main ne faqat Sach likha hai, aur jis se men samjhta hoon aek ba-zameer aur ba-sha'oor member zaroor itfaaq karenge.. So let's other members decide what is right and wrong, and whether all that I have written is not going on in our so-called society or not.. Ager moderators ko lagta hai ke main ne kuchh ghalat likha hai, ya kisi ki insult ki hai to is thread beshak delete kiya jaye..

I myself am a religious-minded person, firmly believe in religious as well cultural values, and i have great regard and respect for Ulma-e-Kara'm and actual Peer murshid...

P.S: I know very well how to speak, what speak, and where to speak, and don't worry I always think before I speak. Thanks for the advice....

Dears, this is what i was trying to say..Aariz Brother, yes our interior sindh abounds with such fake peers and murshids, but in fact no part of the country is free from such elements who use religion only for their personal gains. They have nothing to do with religion and religious sanctity..The purpose of this thread was not to criticize mainly these people, but I just wanted to highlight the overall mismanagement, bad governance, the miserable plight of the poor people of Pakistan.. So once again thanks to get me and my thoughts...

Well, the responsibility of such deteriorating situation lies to us. We are the people who elect them in assemblies. What I understand is that unless the common man of our nation is not going to understand the worth of one's vote, nothing is going to change. For doing so we need to impart education in the very first stage. We need to come out of clutches of provincialism, ethnicity, sectarianism, leader of particular party all these 4 factors constitute the reason of the 95% of voters in our nation. Unfortunately no one looks at the character & struggle for social uplift of society of the person being voted for, which should be the sole cause of voting for someone.

Yes Aariz dear, in the very beginning i said it that we hadn't known the worth of our vote. Obviously nothing is going to change until and unless people at the grass level understand their worth and the worth of their precious vote, and above all they change their mindset.
