Introduction: Pakistani society is a conservative society. On account of its having high inertia, Pakistani society resists the change, good or bad, like many societies in the world. One of the old and prevailing trends is to keep the children under guardianship of parents. This seriously effects there innovational capabilities but also inculcates in them a sense of getting help someway. This amounts to overall degradation of national development. To overcome this we must inspire our youth to handle their problems with their own skills and efforts. Also parents must let their children to take discretionary decisions by themselves.

Conclusion
In order to observe progress, power and prosperity a nation must have a vibrant and active youth with its own independent discretion. Youth is to decide the future of a nation. A youth that uses support of guardians until its 30’s cannot be innovative. This not only burdens a family in terms of expenses but also harms the latent potential of a student. Thus youth must be set to a defined degree of freedom and discretion.
