The Culture of a society has two facets,external which is formal and inner which is ideological.The ideological aspect is experienced in terms of external factors such as social and artistic.Social problems affect cultural problems.In under developing countries,these problems are due to seized growth which is the repercussion of colonial domination.Imperialists administered Asia,Africa and Latin America midst 16th to 19th century.In any of these states,there were two cultures.one was feudal culture and other was tribal culture.The feudal culture was refined while the tribal culture was latent.When colonial powers occupied their progress halted till political independence. Where ever these societies were existed,their existence created three types of conflicts like tribal,racial and religious.The colonialists further aggravated their rivalry and societies were divided on two lines.One was vertical division and other was horizontal division.
