Yes you are right when you express the probability of high competetion in pashtoon belt. The reason is though obvious bro. Most of the pastoon districts share close proximity with the provincial capital,and thus, unlike baloch students, they get a chance to obtain quality primary education in relative terms. On the contrary, the talented baloch students have been kept deprived of all their basic rights onall fronts by both their selfish Baloch leaders and the establishment. Nevertheless, it'san achievement on their part (baloch students) if they have completed 16 yrs of their education and stand at least eligible for such scholarships. No matter how less competition they confront.
