Sir, I totally agree with you and in post you have mentioned about C.S.S. 2007 in which just 3500 candidates had appeared & funny thing is this my elder bro also appeared in 2007 for the 1st time(also his last chance) and he got 110 merit and got allocation in IRS(Inland Revenue Service).
He is DC(IR) in Sahiwal city. (Zulfiqar Ali)
And last thing is this one of my friend's bro(Muhammad Adnan Rashid) cleared C.S.S written 2013. So all these detail are in fact to uphold your opinion.
