Default drone strikes , pros and cons , policy options for pakistan

when this word comes in mind , no doubt term violates the sovereignty opens the memories of brutal killing , global war on terrorism(gwot) and suicide bombing , now it is a routine matter to hear about attack, parliament resolution , political parties sit in , registration of first investigation report (FIR 0 against these dragons , but still wait of implementation , political will and failure of pakistani diplomacy to convince international world , the whole story close in nutshell ,

drone strikes in pakistan
pakistan is important country of south asia , predators now and then strike and kill innocent civilians killed with out detain , court proceeding and charges , since 2004 , usa has violated 400 times territorial integrity and air space . fall out was destroy homes and people , sorry state of the affair attacking country does not pay compensation .

different view points of stake holders

in this new warfare , different stake holders are
America (USA)
Pakistan (at receiving end)
non state actors

Pakistan point of view
Pakistan government and public at large , consider drones violation of sanctity of its land . state register its protest against the executing authority . Prime minister visited united nation general assembly , said that drone strikes was un accepted . yet America carried its strategy with out woe , Foreign office denounces every strike . Pakistan government has began peace process with the Taliban , but very moment when negotiation started , drone killed Taliban leader . peace process was derailed , foreign office has summoned ambassador , registered complain in united nation general assembly. up till now , America is un convince to halt drones . since 2004 to 2013 , many civilians were killed and injured . An estimate figures shows 2867 to 3526 civilians and militants were killed . This is the negative aspect , under international law , any country in the world is not given permission to violate others sanctity . consequently , drone strikes are violation of international law and human rights .

America point of view (self defense)
America triggered Global war on terrorism post 9/11. To give it legal protection , bush administration got approval from UNITED nation. Basic strategy was the war against non state actors .International community (USA ,NATO ) stood with each other . after Obama administration changed GWOT , but it legal position remain unchanged . initially , its purpose was to dismantle AL QAEDA , TALIBAN and its affiliates . America invented term self defense against its citizens and allies . luckily , even a single suicide bombing or bomb blast happened in America , conversely , in Pakistan it is happening in daily basis . Obama administration has said categorically , it will target combatant any where (any country ) in the world . Self defense gives legitimate license to kill any terrorist in any part . Even this self defense violate the air space of any nation . Non state actors are with out any restriction or boundary . they hide in any favorable place .

another argument regarding self defense , America is allied with Afghanistan , former protects its partner against terrorist activities and vulnerable to its security , this justification has no ground because America considers as occupied force while Afghan people has started freedom struggle against ISAF . so , it is null and void . Under AFGHAN PAK strategy PAKISTAN tribal areas and Afghanistan consider as same theater of operation .this un holy war stretches into Pakistan boundary . America plans to avoid physical invasion but as a part of strategy to execute drone strikes .
