Formula will be as follows:

Number of seats x 30 candidates. If there are 60 posts of Excise Inspector then top 1800 candidates would be shortlisted for written test. Percentage marks of each certificate and degrees would be counted and then divided on number of degrees. In this way they will get a mean percentage.

For example:

If a candidate gained following percentage marks during his academic career:
Matric = 60 % marks
FA/FSC = 65 %
Graduation: 63 %
Then this would as follows: 60+65+63 = 188 / 3 = 62.67
