In our country democracy exists on paper only as the decisions are autocratic and often taken in isolation without keeping in view the disparity of the masses. People who are ruling us through government or chairmanship like PPSC are the product of western style education and the are so cut off from the general gullible masses who have been nurtured in state schools with low grades.
