Free Speech Should Have Limitations

Introduction:

Freedom of speech is considered as a basic human right in all civilized societies. It is one of the basic elements of the democratic culture. A responsible use of this right is a blessing. The Print and electronic media facilitated it. It reached on its peak with the development of social media. It is an important instrument of check and balance. It mobilizes the society by transforming its socio-politico-economic systems. It establishes democratic norms and values by inviting mutual consensus. But, its excessive use without any restrictions, results in turmoil and chaos. It harms the dignity of the state. It disturbs the inter-faith harmony and invites (causes)ethnic turbulent. It worsens law and order situation. So, to avoid confusion and unrest, free speech should have some limitations.
