Dear bro, Yes PMG officers are posted at provices once they are Secretariat Group. OMG officers in 19 BPS are part and parcel of Secretariat Group which itself is one of the components of All Pakistan Unified Grade (APUG).


As about example of such officers, I would say scores of such officers are serving in provinces for decades. In Punjab where i am currently posted, a number of officers are here. Likewise in SIndh, KPK, AJK.

As for Balochistan, Not to speak of Secretariat Group officers, even PSP and DMG officers dont desire to be posted there. A Huge number of Secretariat Group officers from Balochistan prefers posting at center. Example: Azra Jamali . she is serving as commercial attache to Belgium. Such names can go on and on.Many others are here in Punjab.


Anyway, the point is: OMG officers can be posted on directly. If you think its not true, Read ESTA code. Things will get clear. Indeed PAS officers' service too is landed to provinces for a particular period.Last point: many DMG/PAS officers join Secretariat Group in 19 and 20 BPS.
