Only PPSC can explain this existing situation. If PPSC is not obeying the court orders, then its the clear violation of the judicial orders and aspirants can again file a writ in this regard. The problem lies with the policy makers of the PPSC, they themselves know that the courts would undo their irrational policies but in order to prolong the recruitment process, they deliberately introduce such measures to tease the candidates of the various exams.
