I think court has not suspended the ration decision thats why ration has been enhanced and every one in the thread is silent.

Multan High court did not suspend the new ration of PPSC. It asked the PPSC representative to submit reply till Jan 14.However,chances are there that LHC will suspend this new policy because it is against the constitution.

any news .... 4th feb was case date for petition (1:30) against ppsc.

Does anyone have any update against 1:30 procedurE? PPSC has announced test date. is there any specific syllabus?

There is a stay on this matter or the Court abolished it i am 100 %
Because

1.The canidate in the test 09-03-2014 Assistant Director Land Record Not short listed the orignal list of canidate was above 40000

2. The ppsc announce the subject based test with the announcment of 1:30 ratio but in the test 09-03-2014 Assistant Director Land Record the paper was blend of GK current affair etc as mentioned before 1:30 ratio

Default What's going on with PPSC?
It has been learnt through this good forum that PPSC decided to take back its decision of post to candidate ratio formula. It happened because a brave member of the forum, took initiative to challenge this weird policy in the high court. As a result, PPSC reversed its policy and the exams are being taken by all the candidates who applied earlier.

Now, as we look at the current advertisements i.e. 6&7, we can clearly see that pathetic ratio formula.
So the question is that why all of this is being done? Can anybody explain the situation?

Only PPSC can explain this existing situation. If PPSC is not obeying the court orders, then its the clear violation of the judicial orders and aspirants can again file a writ in this regard. The problem lies with the policy makers of the PPSC, they themselves know that the courts would undo their irrational policies but in order to prolong the recruitment process, they deliberately introduce such measures to tease the candidates of the various exams.
