Default How do you study for long hours?
Hi

How do you study for long hours? I heard people who prepare for CSS can study consecutively for 8-12 hours. They start studying from when they wake till they go to sleep. Taking breaks only to eat, shower, and go to the toilet.

Is that possible? Do people actually have such a routine? How do you follow such a routine and make a habit of it? Any tips or advice for that?
