It is true that people study 8-12 hr when preparing for the competitive examinations. But the key is to find a routine that suits you and is effective at the same time. Imitating someone else's routine might not work in most cases as everyone have different aptitude and cognitive abilities involved in learning. One thing is for sure that without burning the midnight oil, CSS is not possible.
