Our state religion is Islam . Our population mostly consists of Muslims . So , how a non-muslim can become a President or Prime Minister . According to , i think , article 41 of constitution , 'Muslim' having age greater than 45 should be a president . It is because of rule of a religion and land .

If any non-muslim make it to the parliament then how much chances are there that other Muslim members will elect him as a president ? . Consequently , he will not be elected .

Moreover the main reason is the President in islamic state is considered to be the khalifa who will treat people according to the law of quran because he believe that this is the only complete just law in the world a non muslim will not do this justice because he dont accept quran as just law.. so he will do justice according to his own or people laws .. so the justice will not be done and if there is no justice there is no peace.


At the end , Islam is the best religion which provides justice to all minorities . Any other law or religion cannot provide that much justice and freedom to minorities than Islam . Actually , we are not following Islam in its real essence that is why we are facing problems .
