If you get allocation in PAS (DMG), then there is chance that during your mid-career (BPS-18/19), you may get a posting /two postings in your home district. But rule out this possibility in start of your career as well as during top management career

Ok Muhammad T S Awan: Lets talk about perks and privilges of a DMG officer and IRS or Customs officer. Both of these cadres have BS-17 or 18 in start then is it a garuntee for an IRS or Customs officer that he or she will get a govt vehicle plus residence because it is for sure for a DMG ?
