Oh well then here comes the question. Why wouldn't he lodge FIR. it was an attempt to.murder not a petty crime. He just loves to bash ISI on media. If he is such a law abiding citizen then he should follow legal path in respect of the rule of law instead of indulging himself in empty rhetoric.
After all a citizen of Pakistan has write to modify or file a new FIR if he was not consulted before lodging an FIR
