My point is that, a man who stands against oppression should be supported. Justice should be served to every one and no one should be above the law. What's important is to be clear about what will take us there. I think in the current situation, it's important that C.J should be supported. Thus it's sad that they have been retired and deprived of their struggle. More sad, that we are only happy for his pension when it's unquestionably important for this movement to survive so we have examples for our future generations to stand up against oppression. May be then we can expect a rule of justice at least in future. However, if this dies so will the motivation of any future C.J and we will be thrown back in time.
