Yes of course it may have the potential there is no doubt about that. But imagine without extensive coverage for apparently no good reason we won't even be aware of this phenomenon here, rest aside feeling a threat from it to our country. so far ISIS is not making any statements for itself, others are doing it for them for free . If ISIS had the capability of forcing the broadcast of their propaganda to a wider global audience it would've been a separate issue (it will become a monster only after achieving that), but it seems CNN is volunteering to help broadcast them . Moreover global jihad is perhaps not even appealing to wider Muslim youth nowadays, ISIS ranks are largely swelled by local Iraq and Levant disillusionment and it even drive it's name from there .
