Dear True Grit, i have rectified some lines.
"Human culture comprises of two main components: an external formal component that is reflection of an inner ideological component. Both are organically linked to a social structure and induce changes in each other. Therefore, the study of cultural problems requires an understanding of social glitches/difficulties particularly in under-privileged countries. Mostly, these problems are a product of colonial control and outdated social structures. Western domination inhibited the growth of culture in these societies, thus restricting it to a certain elite class. Consequently the culture of lower masses failed to develop in spite of its beauty, however inter-tribal conflicts were exacerbated by imperialism which further deepened the already existing inter and intra tribal divisions. The same culture was transferred to newly independent states"
